What: The ultimate leadership training and team building day! Spend the day with your own Navy SEAL learning how to work better as a team and playing paintball in a private tournament. Bring your management team, your sales team, your customers, your vendors or any other group that would like to bond. This is a truly unique opportunity!

Registration Fee:
$35,000 for a team of 12 ( includes a 5 Star Sponsorship)

Teams are available on a first-come first-serve basis...THIS WILL SELL OUT!! Returning teams will be given priority on registration. Please let us know if we should hold your spot NO LATER THAN 1/30/26. Full payment due by May 1, 2026. Rosters are due by June 30, 2026.

We are a 501(c)(3), so your payment is tax deductible. All proceeds will go to support Veteran service and support organizations.

Schedule: The program begins with panel sessions by Navy SEALs teaching leadership, mental toughness and team building. This program is followed by a private paintball tournament in which each team will be led by their own Navy SEAL. After the tournament mingle with all the Navy SEALs while enjoying a cocktail and a light bite. Prizes will be awarded to the top 2 scoring teams and the top team in the shoot house! A detailed schedule will be provided to teams that are registered before the event. A detailed schedule will be provided to registered teams closer to the event!

Important Info:

- There will be plenty of food and drink served throughout the day: breakfast/coffee will be available upon arrival, as well as lunch and then snacks and drinks at the end of play.

- It’s an outdoor day so check the weather and dress for it. The day will proceed no matter what the weather. We recommend long sleeves and long pants even on a hot day for playing paintball. Definitely plan to wear gloves as well. We also recommend a change of clothing for your ride home.

- Check in begins at 07:30...program will begin promptly at 08:30

- This is an all day event…tournament will end around 17:00/17:30 and then you are invited to stay for post play drinks and snacks.

- Team uniforms are encouraged

Important Rules:
- No alcohol can be served until the Paintball Tournament is over. 

- No one is allowed to bring their own alcohol. 

- No outside guns and no cheating allowed. 

- No Paintball ringers allowed 

- Once the day begins, rosters can not be changed and no additions can be made to the team. Please encourage your team to plan to stay the whole day.
